Yoga and Relaxation

Like I mentioned before, I started Belly Bootcamp and I am really enjoying the workouts. It is an excellent blend of yoga, Pilates, toning moves and cardio exercise. In between my bootcamp I continue reviewing some of the older and new DVD's. My current favorite is Prenatal Yoga with Shiva Rea.

This DVD included Prenatal Yoga, Pregnacy Massage, Meditation.

Fitness Fix with Erin O'Brien

Before making a purchase of this DVD I tried all the videos the library had to offer for pre-natal fitness and yoga. Unfortunately this one was not one of them, so I bought it. One part that I really loved about this DVD is the Partner workout. Its 20 minutes and we had a blast doing it together.

Belly Bootcamp ~ Toronto

I recently did a trial class for Belly Bootcamp pre-natal fitness and I must say "WOW" I thought the class was amazing!!! Dara was the trainer leading the small class offered in the Beaches. If you are in the Toronto area you should really give it a try. I can't wait for my next class.
